What more would you like to learn?

In this computer class, I learned a lot about computers. I know almost nothing about computers, however, now I know not only how to use computers but also how to do presentation by using power point! ! It is significant effort for me from the beginning of this class.

Now, what I want to know more about computer is that the way to do more interesting things by using camera. I have a digital camera, but I do not know how to do complicated things with it. I hope I will be able to make some post cards of picture, which I took with my camera. In addition, I hope I can make new-year card by myself.

Thank you for teaching us in our class!! I am very glad to be able to know about computers through your class.

Viral Video is the short video. It is made by amateur, so not movie or promotion video. It can be seen through the internet. Therefore, everyone can watch it, whoever computer has. I did not know what “Viral Video” is. But now, I understand it is very interesting things because we can watch various video clips made by various people. The most famous site is You Tube and there are so many personal videos! If I put keyword “birthday” for example, many video will come up that are related to the birthday. People can show their life by using the site. Therefore, through the many videos, we can also know what people all over the world do. I will try if I got camera!

Computer gifts I would buy for friends and family

Computer gift that I would buy for my friends & family is skype. I did not know that there are so great thing for communicate! Not mail, not just telephone but television telephone! What is more, I can communicate with friends and family for free if both of us had one. I will soon go to the U.S and will not be able to see each other for a long time. However, skype will enable us to communicate with face to face.

As Mr. Poza did demonstrate it with his father in the U.S in the class, I also want to communicate with my family and friends whenever I want to. It is good both my self and my friends & my family. I think that the skype is the best computer gifts for my friends and family who will not able to see me after I leave to the U.S. So, I would like to give skype for my friends and family.

“Network Neutrality” is called “Net Neutrality” in short. In these days, many people doing mixi. Recently, the news about mixi was announced; that is from March 1st, drama advertisement which user can participate will start. The axis of drama mixi is web novel on the mixi. The system is that user and characters of the story connect as “my mixi”. User can read the diary of the character. There are various contrivances as advertisement contents.

Web drama will renew everyday (not weekend). Characters have mixi official account and diary and photo album. User who became “my mixi” of character can participate this program by introducing characters and send messages for the characters. What’s more, user can participate to the development of the story.

Advertisement of sponsors will appear in the profile of the character and contents of novel by using related keywords.

I like this site the best! We can look the pictures of wherever on the world my just clicking there. By looking these pictures, I could feel if I were flying above there. I always check my host family’s house if it is OK in South Africa by clicking that place.
Even though I can not go to the place, I can enjoy many place in the world by looking pictures of this site. What’s more, it is inexpensive!

What is social engireering

Social engineering is also called social hacking or social cracking. It is one of the ways that hacker and cracker use. The purpose is illegal access to the computers. There are many “social” ways to get important information that are related to the security such as passwords. Those people will not use technical ways to get this important information. For example, they search memo that has personal information in trash boxes, look password secretly when someone entering the password, pretend system manager and deceive user, and so on. In order to success to get information, it is said that hackers must forget themselves and it is important to believe they are not a hacker.
Not enough identification and loose guard to the secret information in the office will lead to the secret leaked out.

what do I know about Mac?

Actually, I know little about Mac. One thing that I knew about it before last class was ipod. Another thing that I remember about it is the difference of Windows and Mac in the point of the place of the some buttons. On Windows computers, close button is on the right side, on the other hand, on Mac computers, it is on the left side. I think that’s all what I know about Mac.

However, in the last class, I learned a little bit more about Mac. That are Mac is good for graphics or movie making, compare to Windows, Mac is more stylish and easy to use, safer with no viruses or other, better language support, and better customer support. So, now, I know Mac has many good points although less people use Mac!

What I want to learn about computers

I do not like computer.

However!!
My ability to using computers are getting better and better.
Then, what I want to learn about computers is how to download music and how to make my home page with pictures that I took by digital camera. But… First of all, I want to learn the enjoyment or fun to using computers.

I am not good at any computers or electricity. However, if I could use computers without any hesitations, and became good at computers, I would be really happy!!

So, I want to learn about enjoyment or fun to using computers through this Mr. Poza’ class. After that, I would like to learn how to download music and how to make home page with pictures that I were taken by digital camera.
